This is a great garage with guys that do a great job very flexible if you call ahead everybody is busy so when you have work to be done call ahead. Top of the line service . And Mechanics . I have had rebuilt Motors and transmission , transfer cases. Welding, hundreds of new tires and I check there prices now and then and they are very competitive on them . You can't go wrong using West End Motors .
West End was able to fit me in at the last minute for my battery issue. They have been taking care of my vehicles for the last+5 years and have never disappointed with their service.

I called and they said they could.take me on Friday 4-4-25 in the am. They checked my complaint and said.I had 2 low beam headlights out. They showed me a picture of how much of the front engine compartment had to be removed to do the work. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and services I received. II’ve been using West End motors to do my safety and emissions inspections. They are very professional and easy to work with. I decided have some service done by them and I’m very pleased with their work. It was supposed to be an oil change but I mentioned that it seemed to be running a bit rough. It drove so much nicer after the service that I’ll be bringing it back in the future. Thanks.

Most recently, I was in a panic but Mark & the West End mechanics managed to turn a big repair around in less than 24 hours so I could pick up the kids on time and be ready for a long road trip to New England. I’ve been bringing my car to West End Motors for the past few months for various services, including inspections, emissions, and general maintenance. Most recently, I had my 2007 Camry Hybrid serviced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Marc, the service manager, was outstanding—he quickly diagnosed the issue, corrected the alignment, replaced two tires, and fixed the tire pressure monitor sensor, all while keeping me informed throughout the process. The entire team, from the mechanics to the cashier, was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere with great morale. Virginia safety inspection. Very professional and quick. Having retired after 50 years in the automobile repair business, I find these people to be extremely qualified and honest. No chain repair facility that tries to up sell questionable service. being retired now I can’t bring my vehicles to work anymore. I’m glad I tried these guys. I will return.!!

They took my car as a walk in for a VA safety inspection. Everyone was nice. They had a few chairs inside so I could wait and I was out in less than an hour.
We Love the personal, friendly service we receive for our car service needs. IF Mark has the time, he will step away from the busy desk to review our smallest needs. If he can’t, he will SCHEDULE a day/time that fits best for his team and us. Today it was my battery. Come over now and we will take care of it … was his early morning response. On a personal note based on my experiences in having any one of my two vehicles that are in need of any type of repairs; I always come away knowing that they were performed with a high level of quality. We are lucky to have such a competent repair facility right here in Lovettsville. All my inspections, oil changes, brakes jobs, transmissions and transfer case repairs have been handled perfectly. Always great staff and great service. Recent took in for inspection. They found a poorly install capiler bolt which could have caused a castrophic failure on the road. They are very complete in all they do. I give them a 6 if I could

Always good service from West End Motors
Mark was quite flexible in getting my car in the same day for inspection and emissions, and had a couple of tiny parts on hand that needed replacing to pass.
My 1998 Chevrolet Malibu unfortunately had its throttle cable snapped when taking it for an oil change at a Jiffy Lube. I ended up towing it to two different places and was told they could not find parts to fix her. I finally towed it over to West End Motors and they completely fixed her up! I have not taken my car anywhere else ever since, and they have been more than happy to help me out with any questions or issues with the car! They are also fairly priced and great with communication! Mark and his team is wonderful, and if you want a reliable team, call West End!!
